Start With the Driving Arrangements

Decide early whether one of your own team will drive or whether you want someone supplied. Set Honest Hours, Then Plan Handovers and Questions

Work out realistic collection and return times, allowing for traffic and for stragglers. Build both handovers into the schedule rather than leaving them vague.
