Work Out the Driving Rota Before Anything Else

Build in slack for a delayed train or a slow goodbye, because a tight schedule is the first thing to break under real conditions.

Draft the Money and Cover Questions Before You Send Anything

Write your questions down before you pick up the phone. How is the total calculated, by day or by trip? What happens if you return it late because a flight was delayed? Which drivers are covered to drive it? Specific models may already be reserved for other customers, so ask early what is realistically free on your dates.
