Settle the Driving Question First

Decide early who sits behind the wheel. Some groups are happy to drive themselves; others would rather have a driver waiting when the second half of the party finally appears. Whichever you prefer, state it plainly, since it shapes which vehicles and quotations make sense for you.

Count the Passengers, Then Count the Bags

Underestimate the hours and you invite trouble at the far end. Think about traffic on the return, the stop for food, the wait while stragglers find the meeting point. An honest duration lets a hire firm quote properly and keeps the vehicle yours for as long as the day actually demands.
