Start With the Job, Not the Model

Start with the work, not a model name. For an event, that might mean gazebos, staging sections or pallets of supplies, plus whether the job is one collection, several drops or repeated runs. A tail lift, straps or an extra seat belong in this opening brief too.

Settle the Driver Line-Up First
