Sort the Driver Line-Up First

A truck goes only to drivers named on the agreement, so this can't be fixed later at the counter. Decide who might realistically drive, check each licence is valid, and gather the paperwork before you enquire. If an extra day looks possible, raise it while the booking is still forming — extensions get harder afterwards.
