Begin With the Job, Not the Vehicle

Measure the load before you look at a single truck. A customer moving palletised timber one week and stacked furniture the next would need different bodies despite similar weights. Note the tallest, longest and heaviest item, then add a little slack. Getting this right first time saves a repeat trip.

Draw Up the Driver List Early
