Lead With the Load, Not the Model

Measure the awkward item first: its longest side, its height and a rough weight. Tell the hire firm what you are moving rather than requesting a model number. They can then judge tail-lift needs, tie-down points and whether your one-off load fits a smaller, cheaper truck.

Settle the Driver Line-Up Before You Write
