Plan the Day Around Both Ends of the Hire

Most difficulties come from treating collection day as the only deadline. Return matters just as much, especially when a later booking depends on the vehicle coming back on time. Work out when the truck must be empty, then set your pickup early enough to load, travel and unload without squeezing either end of the day.

Give the Ground as Much Attention as the Goods
