Sort the Return Before the Van Leaves the Forecourt

Decide your return time while you're still standing at the counter, not three hours into the job. If the branch shuts early on Saturdays, a late-afternoon drop-off could cost you a full extra day. Agree where the keys go, too, in case you're back after the desk closes.

Book a Collection Slot That Fits the Real Day
