Lead With the Driver and the Two Addresses

Start with the driver. Licences are checked before any van leaves the yard, so note endorsements or an overseas licence at once rather than at collection. Then describe each address plainly — tight gateways, height barriers, long carries — because access often settles which size actually works.

Measure the Load and Respect Its Weight
