Match the Car to the Trip

Start with numbers, not photographs. List everyone travelling and everything going in the boot. Odd-shaped items matter most, so mention them early. Seats and luggage need separate counts. Sort the Licence Before Anything Else

Ask Every Cost Question at Once

Money questions cost nothing at the enquiry stage. Bundle them into one message. What cover comes with the car? How large is the excess? What happens with tyre or windscreen damage?
