Start With the Hours the Agreement Won't Cover

Pin Down Both Handovers Before You Commit

Every rental has two handovers, and each carries its own decisions. At collection, walk around the car, note marks on the paperwork, and check the fuel level together. At return, ask whether a member of staff will inspect the vehicle with you or whether keys simply go through a letterbox.
